Vehicle Valuation

Vehicle Valuation allows a user to obtain the value of a vehicle outside of a loan application. Vehicle Valuations generated outside of a loan application are not available for use within a loan application. Users are required to re-process a vehicle valuation when prompted to add Collateral to the loan application.

Click within the Ribbon Bar to open the Vehicle Valuation screen.

The Vehicle Valuation screen includes the following three sections:

Section Description

Valuation The Valuation section is located at the top of the Vehicle Valuation screen. It contains the Vehicle Valuation input fields where users are able to build their Vehicle Valuation query.

Vehicle Options Vehicle Options is a collapsible panel that is located in the bottom-right of the Vehicle Valuation screen. This section allows users to select additional vehicle options that will affect the valuation results.

Results Results is a collapsible panel that is located in the bottom-left of the Vehicle Valuation screen. This section allows users to view all valuation results for the vehicle being queried. These results may include Retail, Auction, Wholesale, Trade-In, MSRP, Private-Party Value, and so on.

The toolbar within the top of the screen allows users to perform the following functions:

Icon Description

Allows a user to submit a Vehicle Valuation request.

Allows a user to Clear the criteria entered in the Vehicle Valuation fields.

Allows a user to Cancel and close the Vehicle Valuation window.

The Vehicle Valuation screen allows users to specify the exact Valuation Source, Vehicle Type, and Vehicle Options to be used for generating the Vehicle Valuation. The process for requesting Vehicle Valuations varies according to the Valuation Source selected. For more information on processing a Vehicle Valuation from a specific Valuation Source (KBB or NADA), refer to their Connector Guides.
Identify the Vehicle Specifics within the corresponding fields.
VIN is not required, but users are able to perform valuations with a VIN if it is available.
Mileage is not required. However, if mileage is not provided, the system populates an assumed mileage.
Upon selecting the Year, Make, Model, Sub-Model (Trim), OR entering a VIN, the Vehicle Options panel will be populated with potential options that are available.
Select any additional Vehicle Options applicable.
Click .
Review the Results.
